Suzanna has been in the real estate industry for over two decades, accruing experience and expertise in areas ranging from valuation, consultancy, leasing of commercial properties, and marketing the new residential launches. She also played vital roles at the senior management level in both local and overseas-listed property development companies.
As for Daniel, he has honed his expertise from more than a decade’s worth of exposure in architecture and property development. As an architect, years of experience and knowledge acquired from conducting feasibility studies and on-site building supervision have developed his strength of envisioning which designs and technical aspects would work the best.
Previously colleagues, the duo noticed a growing trend in global nomads seeking co-living arrangements. At the same time, they observed a gap in the market – there were not enough companies providing co-living arrangements for young professionals seeking to further their career or study overseas. They started Homey Co-living, with a dream to help these individuals in their leap of faith.
