What is included in the price?
Our listing rental rate is inclusive of the following:
1. Rental
2. Utilities (Electricity, Water and Gas) Cap at $80/room
3. High Speed Wifi
4. Weekly cleaning to common area
5. Dedicated access to assigned community manager throughout your stay
6. Complimentary usage of condominium facilities from swimming pool to gym.

How do I check-in to Homey?
All you have to do is bring your luggage. Self check in guideline will be send to you within 24 hours prior to your scheduled check in time. Look out at your email ok!

What appliances and amenities are included in the houses?
Generally, every apartment will be equipped with an electric kettle, washer, dryer, microwave, oven, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, mop, bin, fridge, pot, pans, cutlery, utensils and cleaning agent for communal space.

What is the minimum length of stay?
The minimum length of stay is 3 months in compliance to the guidelines of Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. However, the company has preference for 6 months lease and above

Are bed linen and towels provided or do I have to bring my own?
Full sets of new quality bed linens are provided in all homey’s bedrooms for each new move in at $120/set, you will be able to bring along with you at the end of your stay with us. Waterproof pillow and mattress protectors are included to ensure highest standard of cleanliness to your bed. Towel is not provided. pls prepare on your own.

Do I need to pay extra for the cleaning of my bedroom?
Yes. There will be nominal charges apply for cleaning of bedrooms.

What documents do I need to submit to Homey to apply as a tenant?
Simple… just submit a soft copy of your passport and work pass or NRIC once we confirm the room type, rate, move in date and move on date. Documents are needed to arrange for physical viewing.

Will my security deposit be refunded?
Definitely! We will refund 100% of the security deposit once the room has been reinstated to the move-in condition after 30 days from contract end date. Compulsory Check out fee will be chargeable upon moving out. it will be deducted from the deposit deposit.

How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid via bank transfer or cheque or cash deposit to our company bank account.

Is the laundry facility free?
Yes! All our apartments have washer and dryer or 2 in 1 washer dryer, and iron board with iron for general use. You are free to use such a facility at no charge.

Am I responsible for maintenance?
Yes, except for aircon maintenance matter. Minor repair clause apply to all other repair and maintenance in the apartment cause by wear and tear.

Are my friends allowed to visit and stay over?
Your friend is allowed to visit and stay over if you book a master bedroom with private ensuite . However, house rules apply for all visitors. Should you receive complains from other housemates due to poor hygiene, disrespectful, inconsiderate, your visitor must vacate immediately.

Are there rooms available for couples?
Certainly! Based on your requirement, our staff will recommend accordingly.

Are pets allowed?
No. Pet is not allowed in all our homey’s apartment at the moment.

Is cooking allowed?
Yes. Light cooking is allowed as all homey’s apartment is equipped with kitchen and basic cookware, utensils and cutlery. Cleaning after each cleaning is compulsory. No frequent cooking allowed. no heavy cooking such as deep fry or using strong spices that will leave strong odour lingers in the apartment.

Am I committing to anything if I schedule a viewing with Homey?
Strictly no obligation… We are here to provide recommendations for rooms that match your requirements. However, to ensure your authenticity and compliance with government residency status, you will need to send us your passport and work pass copy before we help make physical viewing arrangements for you.
